Admin contact:	It is obligatorily to provide a valid fax number in a contact-handel used for the registration of a .DE domain name.
Transfer policy:	The transfer costs include a renewal of the domain. The registration period will change and become the date of transfer completion plus 1 year renewal.
Address in Germany:	If the Registrant as well as the Admin contact doesn't have an contact address in Germany, the Admin contact address of Realtime Register will be used.
