*.ES - Details for *.ES domain name registration

Who can register a .*.ES domainname?

Everyone in the world can register an .*.ES domainname.

What third level domains can be registered under .*.ES ?

.COM.ES, .ORG.ES, .NOM.ES registrations are allowed.

Are there specific requirements to register a .*.ES domainname?

Minimum 3 characters. Maximum 63 characters. At least one character has to be in the domain name (not only numbers). You can't start or end a .*.ES domainname with a ("-") sign. And a ("-") can't be in the third of fourth position.

Minimum registration period:	1 year
Transfer policy:	The transfer costs do not include a renewal of the domain. The registration period will remain intact, the domain will be renewed on the original expiry date.
Admin contact:	The admin contact must be similar to the registrant contact.
Renewals:	Due to some limitations at the .ES-registry .ES domain names will be renewed 5 days before the actual renewal date. To be able to do so, we decrease the expiration date of .ES domain names with 5 days. We charge EUR 5.00 for the manual renewal (after expiration) of every domain name (posible until 20 days after the expiration date in our interface). This process can not be automated. We therefore strongly advise you to autorenew your .ES domains in our interface.
