.COM.ES, .ORG.ES, .NOM.ES registrations are allowed.

Are there specific requirements to register a .*.ES domainname?

Minimum 2 characters. Maximum 63 characters. At least one character has to be in the domain name (not only numbers). You can't start or end a .*.ES domainname with a ("-") sign.

Minimum registration period:	1 year
Transfer policy:	The transfer costs do not include a renewal of the domain. The registration period will remain intact, the domain will be renewed on the original expiry date.
Deactivation period	After deletion or expiration, a *.es domain will go into a status of "Desactivado temporal" for a 10 day period. The domain will be offline and no changes to the domain are possible. During this period, the domain can be restored by Realtime Register. The costs for this reactivation are EUR 5,00.
Domain contacts:	The admin, billing and tech contacts have to be private persons, company names are not allowed for these contacts. For the registrant contact, a company name is allowed.
