All pages in the Realtime Register domain manager displaying listings have a Filter button available. Click on the button Filters, and a form overlay will pop-up. The entry fields containing information are used in the query.
Each entry field has an operator for the value entered. You can click on the drop down list button to select another operator than the default =. Click on the Filter results button to start your query. The button Clear filters removes all entered values. The Filter form overlay will stay visible, even if it loses focus.
The auto renew settings are removed per domain. If you want to remove this setting for multiple domains we do have a powerful bulk tool available in the Realtime Register domain manager.

If you have over 250 domains you need to repeat the steps above because the maximum domains to be update in the bulk action is 250.
Realtime Register offers three renewal cycles for .nl domains; monthly, three monthly and annually.
The reseller can set the renewal cycle upon create of a .nl domain. However, the .nl domain is created for a minimum period of three months. At any time the reseller can change the renewal cycle, provided the status of the domain is OK. If the domain is restored, after been in quarantine, it is restored for the minimum period of three months.
The registry EURid creates authcodes upon request. The validity of the code is just 40 days. You can obtain the auth code by updating the domain name and place a checkmark at the "generate new auth code" setting. This will generate an authorisation code.
To keep the .de registrations in line with the German registry Denic, Realtime Register changed the billing period to a month instead of a year. We feel this service has a positive effect on our customer's liquidity. It is strongly recommended to keep the .de registration on auto renew and until the registrant of the .de domain decides to end- or transfer the registration.

There are three reasons why some domains you cannot renew domains:
Some statuses prevent the domain to be deleted. For example: Pending update, Pending transfer, Pending delete. If you need to delete domain in status that does not allow to be deleted you can wait until the state changed to a state that let you update the delete of if the current state allows remove the domain from auto renew.
Additional Properties are additional registry specific contact details, required by some registries. You can add these properties to a contact in the Realtime Register domain manager.

The availability of the authcode for a .be domain name is different than most other TLD’s.
DNSbe, the Belgium registry sends a transfer code upon request to the registered domain name holder. This transfer code can be requested at the registry by a WHOIS request for the domain at: http://www.dnsbelgium.be/en/domain_name/availability#/das/
At the section “Request transfercode” you can have the transfer code send to the registrants’ email address. This address is shown, before the email is send.
The code is valid for 7 days and can be resend within this period. You can repeat this procedure 3 times after the initial request, prolonging the validity for a maximum of 28 days.
Realtime Register has an extended module for WHMCS available. Information about the module is loacted at the third party modules page. Make sure to check the extra functions available, Realtime Register has a large number of exteded functions incorporated compared to other Registrar modules.
The Realtime Register WHMCS module has an auto update feature. Upon start-up, the version is checked and if available, an updated module presented.
This is not module specific, but caused by WHMCS 6. The solution is simple; after updating WHMCS re-save the password after making changes in the Registrar settings through Setup>Product/Services>Domain Registrars.
After updating to a WHMCS 6.x version, some customers get the error
